Here it is plated tossed a chunk of hickory in with the coals..
The 5150 rub is the curry concoction from the last butt! It went really well with the lamb, I think its gonna go well in rice too!!
Ry goddess Di said the best lamb she has ever had and wanted me to let you know!

I did these on the grill, they were perfect! I like my lamb pretty close to the same way as you like yours.. Those are Thai, and from Cowboy Danny's mom's garden. I have a bunch she gave me since none of his girlfriends cook! I dried em, I will bring you some up to Big Bear! Drive Safe!

HOOT...HOOT...(raising the roof) Big Bear is beautiful ! It is exactly 45 miles door to door for me. Kelly may have a few more than me. We will have good times for sure !! :)
