  • good to meet y'all

Howdy every one I am new to the forum, but have smoked meats before. I have a home built wood fired I call "Optimus Prime" and I am working on a reverse flow on a trailer. It all started with a good old charcoal Brinkman...that I still use. I am looking forward to sharing knowledge with each other.
