Just got my copy of Rytek Kutas 4th edition of Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing. This book is excellent as it has a very nice hardback front cover, easy to understand, good illustrations, recipes, canning information, charts for beef, pork, veal, list of some suppliers, you get the picture. I highly rate this book for anyone interested in sausage making and the likes there of. Do I sound like a satified customer? Thanks for all that suggested this book. Smoke and seeds forever.

I like your style. Now I don't know, but I've been told... stems will poke holes in Zig Zag, and seeds can blow a hole in Zig Zag. Anyway you look at it, it's all up in smoke.

very good book - I value it considerably more as a sort of textbook than for the recipes (which tend to have too much fat and salt for my tastes - bear in mind they are pretty much all commercial recipes).
The chapter intros and explanatory sections are gold dust though :-)
