  • garlic,lime,cilantro shrimp alfredo

    after it stopped raining yesterday i marinated shrimp in lime,sam adams octoberfest,garlic,& cilantro. smoked over skeet.
    added some basil tomatoes &bacon crumbles to the bowtie pasta & alfredo sauce.

    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

                  Sam's Ocktoberfest ain't bad. STILL too hoppy for the style, as Sam's wont seems to be. But the malt prolly gave a nice little sweet flavor. Very inventive there man! :{) Love the bow-ties... Ah, the old days.
