PP nachos

my wife and I made up some nachos this last weekend. I've forgotten what all we put in them but they were loaded...

black olives cheese, pulled pork, refried beans, cheese, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, green chilis, cilantro, couple different chips, and of course Smitty's.









Enjoy the q-view, I certainely enjoyed eating them.

You got me thinking about a 22oz frosty iced mug of beer with the ice dripping down the side. Perfect to wash down a plate of spicy nachos like that . One of those times you lose count of how many you have .

Yea your nacho q-view is great. Anytime you can take a great piece of smoked meat and turn it into a mexican dish is a bonus. I think ya needed more cheese.
