Sausage Geeks do I need help? After viewing all the great sausages and info provided by a great group of people. Have you ever been somewhere and over heard a conversation on sausage or brats? Then you brain kicks in and your thinkin I know I can make it better.
My wife hates it when I go thru meat section as I stand there and look at there brat style links and see if they have anything new. Or as I sit in my big poofy chair looking at all the great sausage and brats being posted and I let out a big sigh. So many good looking pics I am so far behind I don't know what to do next. Its gotten so bad I have to cook brats out in my deer blind. But I do have a salad with them.

It's normal. Don't panic. Be sure to keep downwind when cooking in the blind tho :{)

It's normal....... When I got Rytek Kutas' book, I fell asleep reading it in bed..
When the book hit me in the face & I woke back up, I managed to read 2 more pages, until it fell onto my face again & then, AND ONLY THEN, did I turn out the light & sleep......

My dreams were something like this....
