  • Thighs with Near the End Garden Veggies

    Marinated some boneless/skinless thighs overnite in sherry,soy and some of my garlic







    Threw em on kettle with some lump and a chunk of pecan and red oak






    All done.





    Using up garden veggies.High tomorrow will be 46 degree.








    Roasted some cherry tomato and eggplant





    4-5 type sweet peppers






    Made some quick noodles








    Cubed up thighs







    Threw it all in a skillet with the fresh cut tyme.






    Like this cheese in this.Use my potato peeler to slice thin










    Dinner.

        Nice use of everything ALX! Right down to the homemade noodles. BTW it's 40 deg here right now and calling for a low of 29 tonight. I'm not ready for this shtuff!

              I like it.....never been one for dark meat. Be allright.....always wanted the breast....Owwww....Louie!....that callous on the left back side....Right glad...I love her.....ya got a fine meal goin!
