I hope this is the right place to introduce myself. I am as passionate about BBQ as the rest of you all, and have a special passion devoted to reverse flow wood burners. I sometimes get little bursts of energy and make mini reverseflows of various designs and sizes, but will never part with the LANG!
I am from Maine, up here, people define BBQ as on a gas grill, but I am slowly trying to prove them wrong!!
