A couple of thoughts that we do a lot around here.
A Cashew or Peanut stir fry is very good.
Chicken tacos with corn tortillas and a good cabbage mix (among other things) is very good. Had those the other night.Pete

Im with Pete, we do chicken tacos/tostadas a lot... buffalo ranch chicken salad... chinese chicken salad... chicken pot pies... curried chicken..
