brilliant. Particularly for someone (well proably just me) who's never been to a bbq comp.
and very interesting - so these international teams. How do they get in on the act ?
given that american bbq is as rare as hens teeth in most countries is there some sort if underground international league or what ?

And wow - some serious money wrapped up in some of those rvs and trailers.

Good to see bubba getting a plug in for glbbq :-)

and can't wait for the next part.

Oh yeah is there a sausage category at these comps ?
Or just ribs, butt, brisket, chicken ?

great vid bubba. i saw quite a few of those primo cookers in use.

c.a.- there was the main 4 meats plus they also had a chef's choice & dessert comps. some of the desserts looked awesome.
