brilliant. Particularly for someone (well proably just me) who's never been to a bbq comp.
and very interesting - so these international teams. How do they get in on the act ?
given that american bbq is as rare as hens teeth in most countries is there some sort if underground international league or what ?
And wow - some serious money wrapped up in some of those rvs and trailers.
Good to see bubba getting a plug in for glbbq :-)
and can't wait for the next part.
Oh yeah is there a sausage category at these comps ?

great vid bubba. i saw quite a few of those primo cookers in use.
c.a.- there was the main 4 meats plus they also had a chef's choice & dessert comps. some of the desserts looked awesome.brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
