Made these up for Saturday's lunch while the smoker was full. This is my new favorite sauce. Fantastic. May have to buy it by the case.
Used orange marmalade for a couple of reasons. Wanted to use it for a dipping sauce for the apricot wraps and think it would be great for orange chicken. You know, like what you get in chinese restos.
Also made some with the raspberry syrup, I got from dad.
