My son told me about these. A couple of co-workers were making them in the company kitchen. After trying them he called me to say I had to make these in the smoker. So, I did. Thanks kiddo.
Start with some dried apricots, place an almond on them and wrap in bacon. A third of a strip worked for me. Use a toothpick to hold in pace if necessary. Supposed to use plum or apple jelly mixed with soy sauce for dipping. I used the orange sriracha sauce. Really good.
Smoked about 2 hours with the other things I did. 250 with hickory and apple.
