    It's Friday!

    Hey all!
    It's Friday... who is smokin' what??

    I am doing some coffee infused Tri's on Sat for the Sunday Daytona party at Blk boogers house..... I think I am going toss in some Wicked beans to boot!

      None this weekend! You know where i'm going. One of my customers Eddie Smith, bought the 42 Nationwide ride from Ganassi. It's a long story. Eddie is a cool guy and we have maintained his airplane for years.

        T.G.I.F.! I think I might do a chuck this weekend but that depends on how long it takes us to clean up my parents yard from the ice and wind storms. Time to get out the chainsaw....

                Kinda up in the air till I gota the store an see whats what. Gotta do pigs in a canoe, didn't have room last week an monday is the corned beef. Tammarraw I'm makin some trail bologna sausage, so that's gotta smoke to.

                  Well, I stopped at the local ShopRite on the way home tonite... I picked up a mighty expensive brisket... had to think about it... 6.41 lbs @ $3.44/lb... do the math. They be expensive up here, butt I needed to do it. I also picked up a couple of slabs of beautiful spare ribs, two packs of chicken wings, and some jalapeno peppers for ABTs. Oh, and did I mention VODKA? Yup, I got me (us) some vodka to make adult-type cocktails, with the hope of possibly get lucky afterwards...

                  Oh, on edit: I am also making a fatty stuffed with something and a pair of panties.

                        Gonna fire up the stickburner, and do some stuff for the race on sunday.
                        Just not sure what is yet. It could be "magically delicious" !
