  • Last weekend in Sayville, NY

Just got a chance to get to this post. Went to the BBQ comp. here in Sayville last weekend. Must have been about 35 participants. Lots and lots of WSM's, some guys had five or six of them going. Seen many green eggs of different sizes also. Some ECB's and lots of other verticals. Just one USD. Many guys has big trailer type rigs. I was there on Sunday about the time for them to turn in their ribs. Some looked great others not so great. One guy we watched was complaining he had just spent $150.00 on ribs and could not find eight good ones out of the lot to turn in. Not a happy camper! Here are a few pics I took.

Check out this little guy. It works fine !

Thanks for taking a look. Had lots of fun and some good samples of the goodies.

Nothin' like a comp. Nothin'. Even if I don't have a dog in the hunt it's still fun, and yeah, samples are good :{)

I'm thinkin' Smoked-Meat Sausage Heads team could OWN that big rig from Johnsonville
In God I trust- All others pay cash...
