    Made up 20 pounds a boudin taday an used the new mixer, which works great!


    Boned out pork butts.


    The completed #32 grinder makin short work a 20 pounds a boudin!

    The whole batch linked an ready fer the fridge. We'll be eatin some an freezin some. Were thinkin bout startin up a sausage supply business, the seasonin fer this would more en likely be one we'd offer up fer sale.

        Looks great Tip. I gotta try that now that the stuffer is working. The grinder setup turned out nice too. Should make things a lot easier.

                  Love the mixer and grinder setup.

                  what's your process - couldn't help noticing there's no visible rice in any of the shots.
                  Can't even pick any out in the final mixing shot.

                  looks good - but is it different to the stuff cajunsmoke and I made.
                  Do you get different types of boudin then ?

                    CA, I use brown rice an it's there, just mixed in real well.

                    I use a basic recipe with some extra spices. There be bout as many recipes fer boudin as there be folks makin it. It's all good, like smokin there ain't no bad, just good, better an holy sh!t.

                    The grinder is workin out real well an the mixer allows me to continue to make sausage. When life throughs ya a curve ya just have ta learn how to deal with it.
