    Can't Beat'em, Join'em

    Seems like chuckie's have been a hot spot as of late... So as I was coming back from the liqueur store I wheeled into the local grocer... Well low and behold they had the chucks on sale.


    So I will smoke this one up in the morning.. Not sure if I want to go slice or pulled since last weekend I did pulled pork...

                Hah! Well, I can't agree with his definition of "Sucklebuster", but it looks like some quality product. Are you by chance one of those "test cooks" they mention in the blurb?
