Following the idea from Curious Ardvark's Hybrid snackstix, I pulled out some vac packed stuff from the freezer, both cooked & uncooked to result in 5# of Beef & Pork. Close to 60% pork I would say. Added 1 Tsp insta-cure, Smitty's, Jalapeno Jelly, Paprika, R & R Whiskey (Is that Rowdy Ray's brand), Kosher Salt, CBP &.............................OATS...
