taste depends on what you use in your cure mix :-)
But cured pork is cured pork. shoulder and leg are - I reckon - much better than belly for fry up bacon. All the belly I cure goes for pancetta :-)Made In England - Fine Tuned By The USA

taste great
when fried it tastes a little like ham.
i like the cbp myself and use all the ends in my beans.
also makes a nice wrap on smoked drum sticks (chicken or turkey)
got one that will be smoked tommorrow as the big bird is on today.
you will definitely like it
