I'm going to smoke a couple of drumsticks and wonder what the approx. time needed at 212 deg.F Thanks in advance. Lots of stuff smoking tomorrow will try to post pics.

Then your looking at around 2-3 hours... But that is how I have smoked them.. I suppose you could finish in the oven...I don't remember your equipment... you can't get it higher? then a couple of hours of smoke then in the oven.. should be ok.. within the 40-140 4hr zone. In the over you could bump up the heat and get that skin all crispy... oh I am gonna dream about picking at the turkey skin tomorrow when no one is looking...
