wow this was a hit today,Its called Black as sin Espresso chocolate cake.with chocolate buttercream frosting. here goes
2 cups flour,sifted
1&3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tspbaking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup baking coco
1 cup,8 ounces hot brewed espresso
1-tbs vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup mayonaise
2 egg yolks lightly beaten
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup unsalted butter,softend
chocolate buttercream frosting.
Mix flour,sugar ,baking soda salt &baking powderin a bowl.Dissolve baking cocoa and brewed esspresso in a bowl and mix well and stir in almond and vanilla.
whisk buttermilk,mayo ,eggyolks ,and oil together stir in baking cocoa mixture put 1/2 of buttermilk mixture and butter in a bowl and mix till creamy add the flour mixture adding the rest of buttermilk mixture 1/2 at a time. preheat oven to 350 spoon cake into 2- 9'' butterd and floured pans . bake at 350 40- 45 mins .cake is done when toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.

8 oz.semisweet chocolate
1/3 cup unsalted butter softend.
8 oz. creamcheese softend
4oz heavy whipping cream
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp salt
4.5 cups confectioneers sugar
Heat chocolate and butter in a double boiler over low heat until melted and blended.remove from heat..combine cream cheese and whipping cream in bowl and mix untill smooth.stir in extracts and salt into chocolate mix add to cream cheese mixbeat until blended.add sugar slowley while mixing untill creamy cover cake.
