    After curing,smoking, and haning your kolabasz how do you store? How do you reheat it?

    Reheat? After it's smoked to 153° internal...it's done... no need for cooking. When it gets to the dryness I like I vac-pack it and put in the freezer for long term storage, or just keep what I'm eating off of in a baggie in the fridge.
