  • Bodacious bird!

I am finally getting to the turkey my nephew gave me to smoke...
Rubbed with thyme, kosher salt and hunky paprika... injected with garlic, butter and tangerine...

we started standing, but we had some structural engineering problems on the webby.. so she is on her back now, in directly cooking with a kiss of cherry.. man that cherry smells delicious!
We should be able to enjoy her right after the USC/ucla game starts! Go SC!!!
Ucla could actually win this one, and that would SUX!!!!
Happy Sat to all! thanks for peeking!

I thought I'd had enough turkey for awhile. Guess I was wrong as I'd have a big plate of that one! Looks great, Kelly.

WOW!..... The color on that is a thing of beauty.... Is this mostly due to the Cherry Wood?.... I am "Turkeyed Out" but I could eat some of that baby!
