    sorry no pics. of cure was kinda busy.
    cured 12 days with high mountain & cbp smoked in hickory till 140° on day 13 & sliced today day 14.
    some thick sliced some thin and chopped up ends for them thar good ole beans.



    about 5#'s sliced







    heres the ends chopped





    vac bagged and ready for freezer
