Quick Thighs and Last of Fresh Produce

Bout 10 days ago i had last of my full brocolli heads and still have some snow peas.

Marinated 10 thighs in sherry,worchster...and tons of my garlic




Got hte kettle flying with natural briq i can get at 10 cent on the dollar and thru big chunk of hickory from my farm on...






Lid temp.Dang light was out on porch in back,so i used my splunkin rig...




Last of my broccoli and snow peas are still o.k. with the lack of a hard freeze here in the peoples republic..










35 minutes and thighs are ready





Gonna miss the fresh veggies.

You are the produce man for darned sure Alex. I love broccoli, peas and chicken 'n rice for that matter. Nice thighs bud I am a sucker for some BBQ chicken! I may have to borrow some knowledge of yours come spring. Just had a hell of a time this year. All the good stuff from our soil here has been burnt out by some previous nuclear war...er something

that is wondefull looking. guess winter does not allow growing (I see a hot house) the wings look wonderfull also. But the fesh veggies rule. for the viddles from the garden..
