    sriracha asian smoked drumsticks with cbp bbb

    well it 26° with light snow what to smoke.
    was at the local kroger (dillons) they had a pak of legs 14 for 5.00$.
    been wanten to make some of these with this sauce after seeing it on wings.
    1 jar 14 or 18 oz. of Orange Marmalade
    1/3 cup of honey
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup Sriracha Sauce
    topped with cracked black pepper buckboard bacon
    on smoker at 240° with apple smoke
    hope they taste as good as they look

        been on for a couple of hrs now christene is just purring away at 240° temp now down to 26°





        been basting at 1.5 hrs looken good

                OOOH Yeah! I love the sauce. Never thought of the bacon. Nice! Be sure and show us finished pics, and your take on it. Looks great to me.

                            we're starting to get some decently priced and quality cicken in the shops now - so stuffed drumsticks is very definitely on the cards for the summer bbq's !

                            Might try some before then too lol :-)

                            That all looks great ! Very nice smoke.

                            And can we have some pics of the chicken rack, without chicken in ? and some dimensions.
                            Given that it's made from diamond sheet - got to be home made ;-)
                            Definitely a doable project :-)
