Chicken-Spinach-Cheese-Jalapeno Spread

$h!t..... Went through all the process of typing in this recipe & hit the wrong button & lost it.. My own fault.... Anyways, the story is cook 3Chicken breasts & shred, add 2 packs frozen spinach (thawed & drained) incorporate, add 4 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, parmesan, grated cheddar & finely diced Jalapenos..... cook until consistancy you desire.... Place in shallow baking dish & spread evenly.... Cover with finely diced ham (Or bacon would probably be good, OR BETTER!), then more parmesan & Cheddar... Bake @ 375* for about 12 minutes, then place under Broiler until cheese gets to the desired cooking doneness. Serve on chips, crackers or good bread.

I'm sure a lot of different, or similar versions of this have been done, this was just a "wing it" kinda thing. Sounded good, so did it.... I was out of fresh Garlic today, I guess that would be good in it & also, as well as Artichoke Hearts.

And the picture of the cracker reminds me of an asterix cartoon.

Obelix (the really huge fat one) is on a 'diet'.
They're all at a banquet and asterix asks obelix what he's going to eat:
'just a cracker' says obelix.
'Anything on it ?' asks asterix.
To which obelix replies, while grabbing the item by it's hind leg: 'A boar ! By toutatis.'

That there cracker looks like something obelix would approve of
