Do you just stick it and it works? (Sorry Honey, I had to ask it!):eek: Do you have one and how do you like it? Will the temp change rapidly if you insert to 1\4" and then continue on towards the middle? I am still a digital Taylor user but this looks great. I have a Thermoworks regular thermo. Just had a probe quit and they shipped a free replacement immediately. Hope Santa brings me a Thermapen!
