ok doing something different from the norm....i did 2 yardbirds today on ole joe and trying some creole butter for a injection heard some other people talk about so i thought i give it a try....and i can say ohh yaa thats some good stufff , man it is soo juicy...i think i will do our turkey for christmas this way tooo...ok the details chicken ijected with creole butter marinade sat overnight in the fridge and then rubbed with cajun seasoning....ole joe running at 275 ( which reminds me i go to do some tuning plates the other ends ran about 50 degrees cooler ) 4-5 hours with cherry , then foiled and waited for dinner....ok i tried to make one movie but couldnt figure it out ( i did all of this on my digi camera) )...anyway i hope you all enjoy my show....BTW no sound either
