    been lot of pastrami threads, and will be adding my step by step, here in the next day............

    but THIS is another take on doing a pastrami.........we have been talking pastrami outta butts, turkey, etc........THIS is a bit different.

      Problem being...there is NO fat. Pastrami requires some fat. Take yer turkey pastrami and...well..you know... Eat it as spiced smoked turkey, cause it AIN'T pastrami, no matter HOW ya spice it.
