    Dungeness Crab and smoked cheese omlette

    Hello everyone

    I smoked up a small batch of cheese for Christmas and after Christmas i got to go and catch a few Dungeness Crabs on Sunday morning i got up early and made a nice crab and smoked cheese omlette the smoked cheese gave it a nice flavor here are the pics

          Now that's a crab omelette - more crab than egg :-) for that mate :-)
          And yep cooking with smoked cheese really does make a difference.

              i have been eating crab with every meal since Sunday it sure is good i have really enjoyed the smoked cheese with the crab it pushes it over the top man its good i will be having another huge crab salad for lunch at work today Happy New Year everyone

                            Why am I missing some of these amazing post on the 1st run..thanks to those who catch them later...A beautiful breakfast!! Crab is always somewhere in my thoughts about eating..just not cheap in Texas but we do buy it sometimes!

                              Great eats I love crab. Never thought to make a omelet with it. Usually just a big plate of crab and butter. I will have to try that.
