    the iron into something WONDERFUL!</p>

    <p>The first weld seam.... when the arc comes to the metal the beast that was
    laying in pieces starts to take shape!</p>

    <p>Stay tuned in..... she leaves for the powder coater next week and I begin the
    trailer she will rest on... complete with dutch oven clam shell and all the
    trimmings!</p>

        Now that is a beast of a smoker... I bet it will look good when finished with the powder coating on..

                  Great job! Very nice work, I don't want to know how much money you have tied up in expanded metal. Keep us posted, looking forward to seeing the pictures after the powder coating. Couple questions, I'm guessing the place that's doing the powder coating has a huge oven? Or will you have to take it apart? The second to last picture looks like the smoker isn't level, is that because it's a reverse flow or is it just the way the picture looks?

                      YEs it is 4 degrees off because it is reverse flow and going to be mounted across the trailer I built for it. I just got the trailer back from powder coat.

                        One hell of a rig! I find my reverse flow works best with the tongue elevated about 1-1/2-2 inches off level at the ball! It is also one way to regulate heat and airflow. I'm sure you'll get it tweeked just right.

                          When you see it mounted you will understand. It is across the trailer, not the length of the trailer.
