I would like to asked this again as the last post was hijack. Is it possible to start a Pellet Smoker Topic as there are many being manufacture and sold. I know of seven different manufacturers.

Wife and I decided to do some ribs today. Rub was applied yesterday
Rack of Ribs with Mohunken Rub, Mustard, orange slices and wrapped just out of the fridge to warm up a bit.
Firing up Old Smokey.
Smoker Temperature is 185 degrees and time to put ribs in the smoker for about 6 hours.
Pulled at internal temp of 195. Will wrap and rest.
Cut and ready to serve. Nice and juicy and tender.

Smoker running at 185degees so time to put the butts in the smoker
Done after 14 hours and 200 internal temperture. Rested for and hour in a warm cooler. See how the bone pulls right out.
