Its been a while since I cooked on my big griddle so I made breakfast for dinner.



Somehow I fliped all the eggs without breaking any.



Wish Ida got some ham or bacon on there. Guess I'll have to do it again sometime.

One of my favorite ways to cook. I have the full size griddle for the Camp Chef Pro 60 that I use on the deck and another Pro 60 that I keep in the motor home for which I have the half size griddle. They work great.

When I went to buy my first one, I wanted the three burner. Picked it up to put in the shopping cart, the cart went one way and the stove went the other! Too heavy? I grabbed the two burner and managed to get that one loaded up.

We do the breakfast for dinner every now and then..It's just a good change of pace and is great.

That looks awesome. I've got the 3 burner stove, with the griddle to cover two. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I got that. Wife couldn't understand what I needed a bigger griddle for. Then when I turned out the entire breakfast at one time, she understood. That is great piece of steel.

Yes it sure is nice to have the room for 5 lbs of spuds, a dozen eggs and bacon. Next time I'll get some meat on there too,I guess thats what happens when I get excited about cooking something. Now I know why nothing ever tastes the same twice.
