this looks ineresting. even a salsa competion. the California crew, the folks from colorado I think we have folks in arizona also. I believe only 5 hours from my trailer.

Well we are up to 70 teams........ for havabbq! Now they say over a hundred til the close registration.

The weather looks good there also. I will be there on the 24 and taking the certified judging class on the 25.
I am hoping to enter the salsa comp. then I will be watching the big dogs to see how a BBQ comp is done. hopefully pick up a lot of pointers 100 teams should be fun.

I can only imagine what it will smell like there. all the differnt woods, rubs and sauces mixing their aromas. holly smokes I think I drooled on the key board.
