    Its Party Time...first pics with new camera

    Its party mix time that is...

    And thats right, Im growing up now, I got my own camera. No more borrowin from the daughter...

    This is from last weekend on Sunday I think...Had some leftover stuff from our traditional New Years party mix so I made a special mix and cooked it in the Chargriller...Yeah, you can smoke that...


    Another lovely day in Kansas...


    Warmer than this week for sure...


    The mix is ready for the smoker...Butter and spice mix contains a healthy dose of my stupid sauce. For those who dont know, stupid sauce is a mix of vinegar, salt, and habeneros. Not nessecarily in that order. Good stuff!


    An action shot! Dang, it looks like Rusty is due for a new fire box... Oh heck, more air for the fire, right?



    And the finished product...Doesnt really look much different but the taste is over the top. And nice and spicy to warm you up on a cold day. Goes great with cold beer but even better with hot coffee. Really gets the habs doin their job.


    Seems like all I been doing is snack food lately. Goose jerky, nuts, more nuts and now party mix. Sheesh! I gotta cook something with some food in it SOON!

        Nice Craig. I really like the snack stuff. Especially the spicier ones. Never used to, but they do go great with a beer.

              and you can post with it. hmmm I really have to figure this uploading out. I think my kids and all their you tube, face book ect buggerd it up. the beatings shall continue here untill they fix it.
