  • New Weber, breaking it in with Lamb

My new Blue Weber Kettle showed up on Friday. Figured I would break it in at dinner tonight with a lamb loin.

The loin came out very nice. Marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon, rosemary, garlic, thyme and salt and pepper.

I thought the red Webers were faster, or was that something else? The lamb looks delicious!

Congrats on the new kettle, Bob. Even though I'm not fond of lamb, that sure looks good.
