  • Tater soup

collect some taters, onion, garlic, half and half, and chicken stock

Peel the taters, then dice. Its best to have a variety of different taters. I hsave 2 white fleshed varieties and two yellow fleshed. The bud light is just there for scale honest.

crush garlic, chop onion and add to pot, cover with chicken stock and bring to boil. Boil 15 minutes add half and half.

1 cup flour with one egg , Break egg into flour and mix with a fork until it looks like a coarse meal

Add meal to hot soup and cook for 30 minutes.
    Enjoy a bowl

I usually do put leeks in. But miss needles packed up the kitchen stuff and the powdered leeks she packed were actually beef broth. I grow my own leeks, dehydrate them and grind into a powder for soup use. She miss labled the jar.
As far as the BLL goes I think its evaporation ----honest

Why do you keep your chicken stock in a beer bottle?
