      First guinea pig being gutted.

      My assembled liner.

      liner in the freezer shell

I am a little slow at the build because I have this crap called work interfering with my builds and smoking!
      More pics to follow.
      Thanks for looking.

Yeah, that work thing is pissing me off lately too.

Nice job on the liner, man. Keep at it, you'll get it done.

Wow Etcher...That's gonna be sweet! Nice fab work!

Got a couple questions if you don't mind...
          1. What did you use for the liner (gauge or thickness).
          2. Do you have a Brake Press?
          3. and finally on the gasket, did you use gasket cement or some mechanical means of attaching it to the door surface?

Can't wait to see these completed.

1.That was 16 gauge blk sheet metal.
2.I work at a mechanical/HVAC shop where we have a brake, and one of my sheet metal buddy fixed me up after I drew him a drawing.
3.I used some steel pop rivets with washers to hold the gasket, no cement.

Hopefully I'll get this one done pretty quick now.
