hey folks,

I just joined this forum this morning. I've been toying with a back yard smoker for a few years now. learned everything I know so far from another forum site and trial and error :-) mostly error lol

I built my own horizontal smoker a couple years back out of odds and ends from the scrapyard I work at, and I love using it as often as I can. but alas I'm not a huge fan of cold weather and prety much keep my smoking at a minimum for the winter :-) my avatar is a pic of my home made smoker I look forward to learning new tips and ideas here and I'll add what I can if I think my input will help or at the very least add something usefull to the post
