  • Venison Chili

    Made a pot of Venison Chili tonight took a few pics. Trying to figure out how to get them on here. The Secretary of War and Finance actually had a bowl. Gonna try to do a smoke this weekend with some of the knowledge picked up recently. Thinking ill try my first fattie.

    Venison makes great chili! And fattys! Add a bit of pork- perhaps 20-30% for moisture/fat. And of course a bacon wrap if yer so inclined :{)

            OK, I have ground venison mixed almost 50/50 with pork butt. Guess what I'm fixing?
