Tonights dinner was grilled t-bones and a couple sides. We kept it pretty simple with a few nice accents.

Seasoned the steaks with kosher salt, black pepper and granulated garlic. The camera battery died as the pic was taken so that is why there is a blue bar on the bottom half.

Plugged the camera in for the next pics. :lol: Grilled the steaks to a medium rare and as soon as they came off the grill they were topped with an herbed butter that I made. I just softened butter and stirred in granulated garlic, fresh minced basil and some parsley then refridgerated til hard again

And a plated pic. As the steak rested, the herbed butter melted into the meat. Served with a twiced baked potato and caprese salad (just tomatoes, fresh mozzerella pearls, and basil then drizzled with olive oil and hit with a little garlic salt and black pepper.
