Peek at My Rack(wood)

Took this pic in march of my chunk rack in garden house....Have the sticks and a couple cords outside....


Top shelf and down.Top Shelf Hickory,mesquite in back.2nd Apple,pear,peach.3rd- Red Oak,White oak in back.4th-Cherry...Bottom shelf Pecan and some Maple....Some of ryans olive is in the back as well now....Used about half with comps,catering and normal smoking...
