More Sourdough Bread

It's cold outside so decided on sourdough. Two loaves of cinnamon/craisin, one regular loaf and a pan of rolls. Time for soup now.

I do love me sourdough....Louie don't....i'm power feeding some since last night....gonna give it a go tomorrow. That is some fine baked goodness.

Points to you ... started some this morning, chit wouldn't rise, so after 5 hours, trashed it. Glad to see you did well ,,,

That's a good possibility. Been trying different starters lately and may have used the wrong one. Maybe I'll try again today.

Thanks for the points, CA! No, I'm afraid if gunny and I lived that close, there would be a flour shortage as we tried to out bake each other.
