Tom sent me a starter awhile ago...I nurtered & fed it & took care of it. Still got one vac sealed. I wanted a old style & did some homework. Tom, Keith all ya'll help me get better. It ended up with flour & whole wheat....the starter was good active. Just doing some Chili & .....he heee Me Bread! Cheese 2!

Dang Mike. I'm impressed. That one foil pan has seen better days, but the bread looks great. Next you'll have to forgo the pan and make a boule, a cottage loaf or some other pan-less rustic loaf.

STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT....... All this great food here I am so far behind I am spinning in circles trying to stay caught up. My wife leaned over my shoulder to see what I was looking at. Now she hid my shoes so I can't leave the house until I make some bread now. Any ways you guys sure keep it up.

That's just beautiful, Mike! You'll find that the more you use that starter, the better it gets. Don't be afraid to whip up a batch of pancakes for breakfast or even a sourdough cake (I have recipes). :points: (points thingy not working).
