  • Grilled paprika chicken

    Not smoked but....

Thought I would show you some pics of the chicken I grilled before I got sick.

I took 1/4 cup of my homegrown paprika and mixed it with 1/4 cup of EVOO.
Used this mix to marinade the BS chicken breasts for a couple hours in the fridge. This stuff smells like its gonna taste fantastic.
Here it is right on a hot grill. Beautiful color and as the paprika heats up, the smell is over the top...Seasoned with a little sea salt and CBP.

Turned once...looking and smelling like the real thing. Not bad since this is something I just dreamed up.

    Off the grill and resting...

And ready to eat! A little rice pilaf and some green beans...Hey! Where are the beans?

This turned out pretty good for a first try and will be on the to-do again list.

    Thanks for lookin...
