If there is anyone in my area that is interested to see how I make it, I will be making another batch of sausage the weekend of Friday March 6th, 7th, and 8th.
Friday after work will be the skinning and boning maybe grinding.
Saturday will be mixing, and stuffing (after work if I have to work)
Sunday will be smoking.
If you are thinking on coming by, and want some sausage, I will need to the weekend before so I can order enough meat. Right now I will be making about 120 lbs. (Non of this is for me, but for the guys I work with). Also pm me so I can give out my address.
