  • Poolish Baguettes

My 10 year old daughter made dinner tonight so I decided to make a simple poolish bread to go with her meal. She made Chicken Parmesan, and pasta with garlic sauce and it was very good. Unfortunately we had it all eaten when I remembered to take pics. I did however, get a couple of the bread.

The bread looks great, Tom! The only thing I baked yesterday was a Sam's Club pizza and that sucked.

We dipped in the lemon infused olive oil DDave gave us for Christmas. Excellent is all I can say. I'm going to order some of that olive oil soon.

That's funny. I'm making those right now, and in honor of the Saint's SB victory, a Sourdough King Cake is also in the making.
