i did wings too

not as pretty as some others but the stomach didn't care.

rubbed w/ my rub & smoked over mesquite & beech.
i mixed up some rub,dark rum,pappy's sauce for sissies,apple,cran,& lemon juices & squirted it on while in the smoker then finished off w/ a quick hickory sear on the kettle.

thats cause there was only 1 eater- me. it was a toss up between the wings or 3ft king crab legs & i really didn't feel like going outside.
