    or mexican lasagna if you will.........

    pulled hens and added a little rub, cilantro, green onion and cbp .....


    here is the basic process......


    ready for the oven.........


    out of the oven...........


    served with fresh salsa..........


    you can use pork, chicken, shrimp, or what ever you can think of as a meat and as far as sauces, chilis and cheese......the options are limitless!

          Neat stuff there. They make those at a Mexi-joint here very similar, but I bet those are better :{)

                Excellent post, one of my fav breakfast foods. That particular style of stacking is know in some areas as "Del Suelo", which loosely means from the ground up. Another method uses torn pieces of corn tillas and scrambled with eggs. As you say, the options are limitless. points to you my friend.

                    walle - i wish i could cash in on my ideas.....the public here is so jaded and their taste buds are tainted with crap!

                    Rich - i have never heard of that phrase for these.....i usually do it in a cassarole dish but i like the individual size, plus that way i can put lots of chilis in mine!

                            you know......my doc says i got to lose weight but how in the HELL im going to do that when i am looking at something that i want to jump in head first and devour......those looks so good ....i think i just gained a pound or two by looking at this...... for a fine looking mexican casserole....
