Other than chicken wings, chicken is one of my least favorite items to do on the smoker(Im a pork guy). However the wife wanted some chicken so I injected this bird the day before with some TOny C's cajun butter. Right before smoking I rubbed the bird with veg oil, and some of my rub.
Smoked for 3.45 hours @ apporx 250, and let it rest for 30 minutes before pulling. Actually a really good chicken, the injection really kept the white meat moist, and packed some flavor. Really looking forward to a sandwich of this for lunch today.

mid 30's and alittle snow didnt phase me or the WSM, downright balmy(beeer, tequila, and bourbon made it feel that way at least..)...
